Great review, as always. In the fall, I'll be running a fasted 5x5: five road marathons in five days while fasting. Would you recommend the R1 for all five marathons? Or should I rotate the R1 with another shoe to allow the R1 midsole to relax? Thx, Alex.

Look like the foam is too soft and no structure at all to stabilize your foot stride especially during change direction and cornering

Great content. Got myself a pair. They're awesome. I love the way it enables me to snug in more to lock down my forefoot, and also enjoy achieving to a certain extent with traditional lacing. Its a legend. Its underrated, even though a bunch of videos are giving it love.

I have and love the Boston 12. It’s my road shoe I use for all my faster sessions on road, don’t need to switch, I can do warm up and down and smash the intervals. It deals with it fine, gives me great bounce that I really enjoy! I even got the Terrex agravic speed for the trails because it has the same midsole set up! Love that shoe aswell!😊

Hey man I run 2x a week maybe 1 to 4 miles I go for time would thos be a good running sneaker for that? I usually use the cliftons but here these r good for time. Also if I wanna eventually do like 6 miles or more would u say go to the rocket x or cielo x1? I don't think I'll ever do a marathon maybe half marathon maybe lol. Also if I do a 5k or 10k cielo x or rocket? Thx man

5:50 it moved because you are not wearing socks, the toes are kind of grabbing it. The humidity of the feet doesn't help much the shoe, that's why we wear SOCKS.
